Guest access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, with private entrance and private garden.
The property features a secure lockbox for a smooth and convenient self check-in and check-out experience. A unique access code will be provided before arrival, along with clear check-in and check-out instructions.
Other things to note:
Your safety is our priority. House is equipped with First aid kid; Carbon Monoxide, Smoke and Heat detectors; Fire extinguisher; exterior CCTV cameras.
House rules:
- Quiet hours apply between 10pm – 7am
- No parties or events/ large gatherings are allowed
- No smoking inside - outdoor space available
- Sorry, no pets
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
- Adhere to check-in and check-out timings and give us enough notice for any special requests
- All guests are responsible to respect the property, their neighbours and their surroundings
