2. No smoking indoors – outdoor smoking area
3. No illegal substances
4. No pets allowed
5. Quiet hours apply: 10 PM – 7 AM please respect the neighbours and your surroundings and keep noise levels down
6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight/ late hours
7. Additional visitors during the day (without prior communication) are not allowed
7. Adhere to check-in and check-out timings to prevent disruptions in upcoming stays
8. All guests are responsible to respect the property, maintain good condition and keep it tidy
Exclusive Add-ons:
