When you complete your booking, you are reserving the entire property exclusively for you and your group. You will have sole access to all four bedrooms, living spaces, and facilities for the full duration of your stay. No other guests will be accommodated during your time with us.
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation to your registered email address containing all relevant details of your stay following by instructions for ID verification and security deposit setup. Please, note that a completed reservation is the one which was fully paid and guests were verified. Failure of providing valid ID and security deposit setup may result in cancelations.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are securely processed through Stripe - one of the world's most trusted online payment platforms.

Absolutely. All payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified - the highest level of security certification available in the payments industry. Your card details are never stored on our systems at any point.
